Gilson has been rolling out its flagship software for printing, ordering and warehouse logistics for over a decade now, one of the first SAAS printing and fulfillment solutions in the Country. With the kickoff of Mindwire 4, Gilson brought me on board as Lead UI/UX Designer to evaluate earlier versions of the software, identify strengths and weaknesses, and act as the UX ambassador between the small design team and the large teams of programmers, both in-house and outside of Gilson.
